bankrutcy, chapter 7, anyone gone through it?

im going to be filing for chapter 7, ive read a whole bunch of sites and not really worried about my credit report after the case,its shot now so.. but how long do they, if they, take your taxes and anything else like that after your case is filed? i read that they can take those after the case is done but it never says for how many years. does anyone know
