Best way to get out of debt.?

I am about 1800.00 in debt. First let me just tell everyone that i am on a limited budget and tried to get a company to help me out. but they wont take you unless you have over 5000 in debt. My dad ran up my name when i was younger and now im dealing with it (im 22) What do i do ? i send them what i can afford and they keep adding money onto it. Is there someone out there that can help me out and will work with me. thanks for all you help
